Senior Electronics Engineer

Lynx is representing a rapidly growing company in Bristol, seeking an innovative Senior Electronics Engineer to join a team developing next-generation detection and sensing systems. You will play a leading role evolving cutting-edge products from concept through production.

You Will:

• Drive analog and mixed-signal circuit design, analysis, prototyping and testing
• Define and execute technology roadmaps, research, system architecture
• Lead projects and cross-functional engineering teams
• Collaborate with software, production and field teams
• Mentor and develop junior engineers
• Author documentation, interface with customers

We Require:

• Degree in electronics engineering or equivalent
• 8+ years hands-on hardware development experience
• Specialization in analog IC design, instrumentation, test philosophy
• Leadership: strategising, directing projects, motivating teams
• Programming: Python, MATLAB preferred
• Creative problem-solving, fast learner, passion for innovation
